Further pricing information
Prices are “from” rates and apply per apartment per night. The price does not include the local tourist tax* of € 2.50 per person/day (above the age of 14). This is charged separately and must be paid before departure.

- Reductions for children:
Children from 0 to 0.99 years: 90%
Children from 1 to 4.99 years: 80%

- Pets: Dogs are welcome on request; € 20 per dog/night.

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total price. The remaining amount must be transferred no later than seven days before arrival:

Cancellation conditions
No right of withdrawal as per the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we offer you the following cancellation conditions:
- up to three weeks before arrival: free of charge
- from three weeks to four days before arrival and in case of early departure: 70% of the agreed price per apartment
- up to three nights before arrival: 100% of the agreed price per apartment
The cancellation policy applies regardless of whether the apartments are partially or fully rebooked.
Holiday cancellation insurance
To save costs and ensure peace of mind, we recommend taking out travel insurance. By purchasing insurance, you will receive a 3% discount on your total stay.
General information
Arrival & Departure
Your holiday apartment will be available from 2:00 pm on your arrival day. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific apartment number or floor.
Easy check-in
Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation. Two weeks before your arrival, you will receive an email from us to warm your anticipation with all the essential details: online check-in instructions, payment request for the remaining balance, and tourist tax information.
As soon as the online check-in is complete and the balance is settled, we will send you your personal access code. This code will accompany you throughout your stay, granting access not only to your holiday apartment but also to additional areas such as the laundry room and storage facilities. To ensure a smooth start to your holiday, please complete the online check-in before arrival.
Pets
Dogs are welcome upon request – we charge € 20.00 per dog per night.

San Giorgio
This small village is just a 30-minute walk, 12-minute bike ride, or 8-minute drive (2 km) from the charming town of Brunico, making it the perfect base for all kinds of experiences. Brunico captivates visitors with its unique blend of tradition and modernity: trendy shops and stylish boutiques invite you to browse, while cosy recreational areas offer relaxation. Trendy bars, traditional restaurants, and a rich cultural scene complete the experience. Brunico also hosts exciting concerts and events throughout the year – from Christmas markets in winter to street food festivals and lively town celebrations.
Ski & snowboard
The Plan de Corones ski area in Riscone (121 km of pistes, scenic runs, five black slopes, and ski-lift connections to the Sellaronda), Skiworld Valle Aurina (86 km of pistes, including the Speikboden area near Campo Tures and the Klausberg area near Cadipietra, featuring numerous attractions), and the Tre Cime Dolomiti ski area near San Candido (115 km of slopes, five interconnected ski mountains, and plenty of skiing fun) all offer excellent opportunities for winter sports.
Away from the slopes
Around San Giorgio, cross-country skiing trails extend in all directions: in Riscone (5.5 km), in the Valle Aurina (39 km), in the Valle Anterselva (60 km) with its renowned biathlon centre, in the Val Casies (42 km), and across the Tre Cime region (200 km).
For tobogganing, head to the runs at Villabassa, Santo Stefano, and Valdaora, where a spectacular 7 km descent awaits. For a more romantic experience, try night sledging from the Fane Alm down to Valles.
Snowshoe hikes, winter hiking trails, and ski tours around Plan de Corones and Alta Pusteria invite you to explore the magical snow-covered Dolomites.

Your holiday home, the Sambock Quarter, is in San Giorgio, just 2 km from Brunico. The nearest bus stop is just 600 m away, the train station is 2.5 km away, and Brunico station is 3.5 km away. Each apartment includes a free parking space.
In addition to arriving by public transport or car, you can also fly to the region. The nearest airport is Bolzano (82 km), from where you can reach San Giorgio by bus, train, or shuttle service.
